The most impressive one of all Templatelite’s template
I felt in love with this template on the first sight, and probably recognized it as so far the most impressive template that I have converted from TemplateLite. The design is creative and outstanding, and it still includes the most user-friendly feature of TemplateLite, fast loading speed.

so I got the timestamp and the flickR all figured out w/ no problems. However, I don’t have any tabs at the top that show up on my page, only the date sidebar tabs. What do I need to do to get them to show? Thanks for all of your help!
Only if you have left your blog url i would have provided you a better solution. But at present i can only guess that you have out added the images properly. Please check them again..
Best of luck…
Hi there and thank you for a beautiful template! I am having a problem with the tabs at the top showing and my date. I checked your tips and instructions and the comments and did all that you suggested and it still isn’t working. Can you help me please? I would really appreciate any help you can offer.
Thank you very much and God Bless what you are doing!!
Kat
Thanks for your comment.

Hi, thank you for such a great work for this template and efforts toward every issue people asked.
I don’t know if I’m missing something… (I saw people asked but got no answer yet)
My friends seem to have some problems posting their comments.
Can’t find a place to type their word verification.
I have a printscreen image file can show you but don’t don’t how to upload here.
Thanks again for help and my blog is at http://alicec11.blogspot.com/
Alice
Thanks for your kind comment.
The issue which you are reporting is common with all the blogs. This error is not a part of the template. You can read more about it at known-issues.blogspot.com
all the best…
Hi, I found a solution to solve the issue — just enlarge the comment box from height ‘275′ to ‘400′, then all the image(word verification and ‘Post a comment’ icon)can all be seen now. I’m not a coding expert, it really takes me several days to find the solution. Anyway, if you have a better idea to fix the problem, plz do share w me.
Appreciate,
Alice
Wow Alice…
Its great that you have found a solution.
Congratulations….
hi there..! first, juz wanna said that this is a very beautiful layout..really love it..! =) unfortunately, when i used it for my blog, there’s sth wrong with the commenting section..people can’t comment on my post..so i wonder if u could juz drop by at my blog and help me to fix this problem..www.amalmamon.blogspot.com..that’s the address..will really appreciate it.. =)
I just started a blog and decided to use your Water Color template which I just love! Except….
Is there any way to change the side bar so that it only has the top part of the notepads in the side bar? For whatever reason, the bottom of the notebook covers some of the text in my gadgets and it’s a little annoying.
Here’s the link to my blog so you can see the problem.
http://mimzy-tulgeywood.blogspot.com/
Thank you in advance!
I hate to say nevermind already, but I have to… As soon as I sent it, my roommate came over, took one look and told me how to do it.
Sorry for the waste of your time.
Thats no problem…. All the best…
Gorgeous template, thank you!
Now I also have a question. I don’t have a Flickr feed and I know I can’t remove the box in the footer since it’s part of the image. Is there a way to move your credit over a bit so it’s inside that box and the whole thing looks a little more deliberate? As you can see, once I removed the Flickr RSS feed, it’s close to being in the right spot.
Hello….
I want to inform you that we do not handle personal customization requests..
Happy blogging !

http://dhirakamat.blogspot.com/

nadhira
Dear Nadhira..
Please tell me if you have added all the images url to the template code..
yup..
i believe i’ve double checked everything~~
Hi Nadira..
I just checked your blog. The layout is just perfect. You’ve done a gr8 job.
Please tell me if you face any other problem.
Hey man…
I love you.
“m a bit new to blogging . After setting up my blogger account i frantically searched for an appropriate, decent but catchy enough template. Water Color is exactly the same.
Thank you so much for porting it to the blogger.
Btw, that update linked by Isabela Aragão does address some issues with photos in posts and would be rather useful.
Thanks for your kind comment. We will look into the issue you reported.
Happy Blogging..
Hi there!
I love this template so much and also want to use it but it does not work at all for me :( Something is very wrong and I am pretty sure I have put images on right place and changed timestamp correctley…
Check out how it looks: http://suzzitest.blogspot.com/
Thanks in advance for your help :)
/Suzzi in Sweden
You have done it perfectly. Good job. It will normal to you after you add some links and widgets.
Thanks for your answer :)
How about the archives? Why are they not visible?
You can make the archive visible by adding a new blog archive widget from the “Page Elements” section. Otherwise you will face many problems on a test blog. But it would be find on your real blog.
…and also I can’t find where to put the image “bg_post_bottom”
The date is correctley know anyway ;)
/Suzzi in Sweden
Thanks for your reply again. You can get that code by searching for it by checking the “Expand Widget Templates” section..
Feel like a retard trying understand those codes… I have millions of questions and need good answers before my blog looks the way I want :)
I can’t seem to get the flickr link at the bottom to work, I’ve tried to follow your instructions above and no luck. Also the tabs at the top are not showing up… can you please help?
Thanks!
You are facing this problem because you have not added the image urls to the template code.
Best wishes..
I actually was successful on getting the flickr to work… however there are still no tabs at the top of my template… can you please help with that? I haven’t seen any info on how to do this…
Thanks!
I have noticed that more people than I have same problem with the tabs at top… What is wrong? The page at top is also missing a bit. And where do I put in the linkaddresses for the top tabs?
/Suzzi in Sweden
Thanks for your precious report! I have updated the setup instruction in the post above, please follow the instruction again to setup both top menu tab and Flickr gadget, thank you!
Hi Cheri,
Sincerely thanks for your report! I have checked your blog and confirmed that you have menu gadget installed, can I invite you to follow the ‘Set Up the Navigation Menu’ guide in the post again? Thank you! :)
Thanks for bloggerising this gorgeous template.
I installed the template, added some widgets and everything seems to be working fine. I have however a small problem with the search function on top of the template. When a word is searched, it apparently searches the http://demo.templatelite.com/ site and not my blog. Is there a way to correct this and if so, how should I do this?
Moreover, I would like to ask the same question as the first commentator : Is there a way to get rid of my name which appears under each post title? As I’m the only one blogging on that page, it is a bit redundant.
Thanks in advance and keep up the great work.
Oops, I forgot to mention the blog URL which is http://bentobliss.blogspot.com/ and I also have a problem with the navigation bar which seems to be out of place. any idea how I could get the tabs aligned to the posting column?
Thanks again.
Ok, last posting (I hope).
I downloaded the template again from this location and replaced the one I had installed previously and thanks to that my previous problems have all been solved (except for the name under the post title!)
However another problem has risen with the new template. I uploaded all the pics and rechecked the whole HTML and I didn’t forget any URL. nevertheless as it was the case with nadhira, the files bg_bottom.jpg and bg_top.jpg fail to show up, leaving the design “cropped”.
I don’t know what I could be doing wrong. Your help would be appreciated (and please forgive the previous posts).
Thanks
Thanks for taking time to leave precious comment and report to us, I’m glad that you love this template!
I have worked on your all issues and uploaded an updated Water Color Blogger template with all template issues you mentioned fixed, please download again from the download link provided in this post.
Hope this helps to solve all issues, all the best and enjoy blogging! :D
Hi!
I’d like to use the photo reel but can I use Picasa Web albums instead of Flickr?
There are also a few things I’ve been trying to tweak. It’s just petty formatting stuff but it would be great if you can help out. Is there a way to make the comment author’s name NOT italicized? I’ve also been trying to align the left margin of the embedded comment form so that it is perfectly aligned to the published comments box above it, but I can’t find the code.
Thanks for sharing your work.
- Jackie
Hi again.
Please disregard the previous comment. I missed the part where it says you guys don’t handle customization. No worries, sorry about that.
- Jackie
Hi,
Is there any way to disable the links in the Flickr badge?
I’d appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Jackie
Hi,
This is a beautiful template! I seem to be having problems with setting up the RSS feed. Here is a link to my blog:
http://tianaleismith.blogspot.com/
I guess I am unsure what part of the HTML code I need to change, and what I need to insert instead?
Thanks!
Hi,
The sidebar background is too short to accommodate the widgets at the bottom. It works fine in Firefox, but here’s how it looks in IE8: http://i37.tinypic.com/2nhq1sh.jpg and in Chrome: http://i37.tinypic.com/k3ksna.jpg. I haven’t tried it in Safari or Opera. Can I adjust the length of the background so the widgets fit?
Also, if you’ll notice the picture widget in IE is overlapping with the bottom-most part of the message box. It only does this in IE.
Would appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Jackie
Hey Thanks Jackie.
We have noted your problem and will offer you a solution whenever it is available.
thanks for your Patience..
Hi,
I’m wondering if anybody else is having the same issue with the Quick Edit link going missing? In Firefox and Chrome, The icons for editing the widgets are there but not for the posts. In IE, only the icon for the Flickr widget appears.
After doing a bit of research, I tried several workarounds but to no avail. The codes are all there, I’ve made sure the Blogger settings for enabling Post Quick Edit are in order, I’ve cleared my cache and allowed 3rd-party cookies.
I’m hoping someone can shed some light on this because it’s pretty strange if I’m the only one affected.
Thanks,
Jackie
What a beautiful template. I just felt so peaceful when I saw it and knew this was the one for my site. Thank you for your creativity and for sharing.
We are very happy that you liked our work so much.
Thanks a lot.
I would like to know how to add an horizontal index (as in the demo) for others pages?
Thanks a lot
Hi, I just downloaded the template, but I can’t set the date.
When I make the access into ‘Settings’, under the ‘Formatting’ tab, into the ‘Timestamp Format’there isn’t ‘Wednesday, 4 March, 2008′,but only ‘Wednesday, March 4, 2008′ so when I choose it the date doesn’t change, and anyone of the ‘Timestamp Format’ doesn’t work, so what can I do????
Thank you very much.
Hi! I just wanna thank you for create this template. It’s beautiful!
I made some changes with colours I hope this doesn’t matter, if this is a problem just let me now and I will change it.
Thanks a lot
;)
You have made wonderful changes to the template. It will not matter to us until you keep the credit link intact.
THanks
Hi, I am having problems with my archive sidebar. Right now, there’s a bottom blue bar below the title of my last archived post AND below the entire Archive sidebar gadget. I’m not sure how to get it to look right. Also, this is less of an issue, but why is there not a blue bar beneath my About Me sidebar? Thanks!
Please check if you have added all the image urls to the template code.
Best of Luck !!
hy there I have a problem too,the tabs on the top are not there ,what is the problem?can you help me?.
One possible reason for the links nnot appearing is that you have not added any Links to the Header LinkBar Widget.
Please check and Let Me Know….
Hey, this is a very cool template.
But I got a problem with my comment function.
The visitors can normally write their comment and click on submit, but then, when it asks for the captcha, the field is too small, so the hole review window with the captcha, the word verification, is cut of at the bottom. You can’t write in the captcha and finally submit your comment.
Would be very great if I get a fast answer to that problem.
Thanks
Thanks for ur Comment .
We will fix this issue ASAP, & will let u know.
Hi. I would like to know, how do you change the font for the title of your blog? I do not know anytning about HTML so want to know just what to change. Thanks
also I alter the width of the sidebar? ? (especially the sidebar.)
TG
I am sorry.
We do not handle Personal Customization Requests.
Hey,
why don’t you just create a picture with the font you want and under Layout | Site elements (or something like that, I’m german ;), the first one, with the widgets) you change the header settings and upload the picture you just did.
and everything without HTML ;)
Hello. It is very nice to meet you.
We can not Do that for all our users as it would lead to quite many people.
Moreover, we do not handle personal customization requests.
Sorry :(
Thank you for all your hard work and help with this template. I, unfortunately, need a dummy version of your explanations. I am working on getting the tabs to show up. I assume I need to follow the instructions for how to set up the navigation menu? If this is true, what do you mean by “configure the link gadget setup?” I’m so sorry if this is such an elementary question. Please dumb it down for me (think of me as your grandmother attempting to learn this)! Thank you!
Thanks for your reply. We will be very happy to help you.
Visit your “Layout Page” . THere you will see an option to Edit a Link Widget in header. Edit it and add links.
hee hee. Just figured it out. Silly me!
I really want to use this template but I have no idea what I am doing. I don’t understand what I have to do when the directions read:
4. Now you need to upload the images to your server. You can also choose to upload them to free image hosting services like Photobucket.com or Imageshack.us
5. Open the XML template file in any text editor. Find this text “YOUR-LINK-HERE” and replace it with the URL of the images.
If you could give me some guidance, that would be super awesome.

Hi =) Can I know how to extend the paperclip background/header that part? Cause when i put my cbox, it goes way over the edge, making it look out of place. Do i need to change the html coding, from relative to absolute? Which part is it? I tried myself, but, haha. I’m soo new in this thing, and well, you get the idea. Haha. THANK YOU.
And, Also, you know the film like thing that is both above and below the blog archive one? The bottom one, covers up some part of my writing. Is there anyway to delete it
Thank you! I’m so sorrie. I’m new in this.
Btw, awesome template. i’m a new blogger, and your template captivated me so much, I decided to use it as my blog skin! THANKYOU!
hi,
i followed ur steps and got the flickr id, put it in the code… uploaded few images on flickr account , but its not showing on the blog.
please help.
Thanks for your Precious Report.
It might take some time for flickr images to update in your account.
If the problem persists Double Check the Account ID you have typed in the code.
Thanks..
ola.
O Template é muito bonito, mas esta acontecendo um problema, nao esta aparecendo a data das postagens ao lado, esta aparecendo a mensagem “undefined undefined”. Aguardo resposta… jovane_lps@hotmail.com
Nice to meet you, thanks for your comment!
Sure, you can follow the ‘Set up the Date’ section in the post to set up the date properly, just noted that you need to change the ‘TimeStamp’ format but not ‘DateHeader’ format.
Hope this helps, all the best! :D
Thanks a Lot Alvaris for Fixing this problem so Quickly.
